CEO & Co-Founder

Vincent-Pierre is a New York-licensed corporate attorney who has a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. He has worked several years as a mergers and acquisition lawyer in major international law firms both in New York and in Argentina. He brings his business acumen and work ethic to the team.

Earl Samuel

COO & Co-Founder

Earl is a business administrator with deep knowledge of South America and its business practices.
Prior to co-founding Backoffice Abroad, he founded and managed a successful construction company and worked at a major bank before joining the financial department of a large multinational corporation.

Yian Millan

People Manager

Yian is a telecommunications engineer and was an English teacher for a renowned institute in Venezuela.
In addition to being a huge advocate of teamwork, Yian believes that success lies in those who truly believe in themselves.

Gabriela Melo

Operations and Strategy Manager

Gabriela earned a degree in law followed by an MBA in strategic marketing. She has extensive experience in sales, marketing, customer experience, social listening, project management, and is especially passionate about data-driven strategies.

Curious and guided by results, she is an avid listener always on the lookout for ways to improve the delivery of our services.
