With over 10 years of experience spanning Sales, Marketing, Data & Insights, and Business Operations, Gabriela's career has evolved into Strategy & Operations, where she leads cross-functional initiatives and drives process improvement across BA Global Talent. She loves traveling, spending time at the beach, playing board games, and cooking or trying foods from different cultures and cuisines.

Juan Guillén

Financial Associate

JJuan has built a career in data entry, financial operations, and reporting, with a strong background in back-office roles. He specializes in optimizing administrative processes and ensuring data accuracy to support efficient operations. Juan enjoys cooking, exercising, playing the drums, and gardening.

Pablo D. Silva

Operations Specialist

Pablo's career has taken him through a variety of client-facing roles, from receptionist to teacher, manager, and sales, giving him a well-rounded, people-first approach. Combining a degree in Psychology with a background in tech, he brings a unique and positive outlook to everyone he works with at BA Global Talent. In his free time, he enjoys computer games, tabletop games and RPGs, hanging out with friends, and dancing.

Gisela Torrez

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Gisela is currently pursuing a degree in Labor Relations and is passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition. Aspiring to become a Talent Advisor, she has a keen eye for identifying top talent by evaluating both hard and soft skills while ensuring a strong cultural fit.

With a background in Tourism and experience working with multicultural groups, she has developed exceptional communication skills, allowing her to connect the right candidates with the right opportunities.

Simon is an empathetic and practical professional who always has a smile for everyone. This makes him especially capable of identifying both companies' and people’s needs and getting those two in sync.

Brazilian, passionate about design, with a background in Systems Analysis and Development, Ana Carolina works with website development, video editing, and social media design. Her love for art, books, and games fuels her creative eye and sense of storytelling, while her technical background brings an analytical mindset to her work. It's in this balance between creativity and technique that she finds what she loves most: giving shape to ideas.

Flavia Giorgio

Talent Acquisition Team Lead

Flavia's career in Talent Acquisition began at BlackRock in Hungary, where she spent four years progressing from Analyst to Associate, leading recruitment operations and global projects across EMEA. After returning to her home country, Brazil, she joined BA Global Talent to lead the Talent Acquisition team, connecting top talent across the Americas with the best opportunities. Passionate about different cultures and languages, she moved to Hungary on her own at just 22 to launch her international career.

Julia Almeida

Talent Acquisition Associate

With a background in Psychology and four years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Júlia brings a natural curiosity to everything she does. She loves meeting new people, learning about different businesses, and connecting talent with the right opportunities. Outside of work, she's a bookworm at heart, and enjoys catching a good movie, getting creative with arts and crafts, and spending quality time with her family and her dogs.
